Last weekend I baked two mini 4″ pies using my springform pans to practice my crust making. Crust came out a little too thick, so I’m hoping for the real thing on Thursday I’ll get it right 🙂 The filling was pineapple.
I’m hoping to do a Korean sweet potato pie for company for Thanksgiving. Will let you all know how it turns out!
